Things you need to know about us:
PRE-ORDER ITEMS:
The pre-order items are imported from China, Hongkong and Korea. We will set a cut-off date. You may order and make full payment on or before the cut-off date. Orders will be arriving 1 to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the products. You should state your alternative choice if the product you order is out of stock. It is important that you will read and understand our terms first. If you are not willing to wait for the pre-order items, then do not fill up our order form.
ON-HAND ITEMS:
Since the On-hand items are limited, the first to submit an order form gets the item. If you did not pay on the date you specified, you will be considered as a bogus buyer. I will make a separate page for it when needed. Please inform us if you already made the payment. After we have checked your payment the item will be shipped the same day or the next day depending on the time of day.
SHIPPING FEE:
PRE-ORDER ITEMS: Shipping fee is FREE of charge (within the Philippines). Shipping Couriers can be: LBC, Air21, JRS Express, Xend or any of your choice. We will inform you with your tracking number through email / sms.
ON-HAND ITEMS: You will have to shoulder the shipping fee. You can add it to your payment or pay upon the delivery of the courier. Shipping Couriers can be: LBC, Air21, JRS Express, Xend or any of your choice. We will inform you about your tracking number through email / sms.
NOW ACCEPTING orders outside the Philippines. You will have to add Shipping Fee depending on your location and the weight of the item. Couriers may be any of the following: FedEx, EMS, DHL, UPS express or your choice.
ORDER FORM:
If you are 100% sure that you will buy, fill up the order form completely. No bogus buyers please. Once you fill up the order form, you will have to pay within 1 to 2 days or on the date you specified on the form, if not it will be considered as cancelled. Please inform us via our contact details when you already made the payment.
PAYMENT:
For Pre-Order items: Pay in full on or before the cut-off date or on the date you specified on your order form. Please inform us once you made your payment. You may provide are copy / picture of your bank deposit slip.
For On-Hand Items - Pay in full with the shipping fee. You can ask us about the shipping fee first so we may calculate it. PLEASE INFORM US ONCE YOU MADE YOUR PAYMENT so we may process and ship your order as soon as possible.
